* **Intellectual Property:** Participants retain ownership of their projects unless otherwise stated by the organizers.&#x20;
* **Public Display**: By participating, you consent to the organizers showcasing your work for promotional purposes.&#x20;

All winners and teams shortlisted in the Top 30 are required to be physically present during the Closing Ceremony to receive their prizes, certificates, and kits.

Failure to be present at the time of announcement and distribution will result in forfeiture of the respective rewards. The organizing team will not preserve, courier, or redistribute any prizes, kits, or certificates after the ceremony.
